HOW WE RUN POKER

Fair Play and Studio Standards

Every live poker table in our lobby is supplied by certified studio providers. The randomness sits with the physical cards and the dealer — not an algorithm. Here is what that means for your sessions.

Studio-Certified Dealers

Dealers at Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios are trained and monitored under the provider's own compliance programme. We do not operate the studio floor ourselves.

Physical Card Dealing

In live poker, cards are dealt from a physical shoe by a real dealer on camera. There is no RNG involved in card selection — you watch every card come out in real time.

Hand History in Your Account

Every hand you play is logged in your account history with the round ID. If you ever question a result, that reference number is what our support team uses to pull the studio record.

Disconnection Policy

If your stream drops mid-hand, the table's standing rules apply — the studio provider's disconnection protocol decides the outcome. Details are in the help centre before you sit down.

POKER HELP PATHS

Help While You Are at the Table

Live poker sessions move fast. If something goes wrong mid-hand — a stream drop, a bet not registering, a payout question — you need answers without leaving the game. Here is how to reach us.

Live Chat Open the chat icon from inside any live poker table. It connects you to our support team without closing the stream or losing your seat at the table.
Email Support For account-level questions — bet history, hand records, withdrawal status after a poker session — email our team and attach your account reference for a faster reply.
Account Help Centre The help section in your account covers common live poker issues: disconnection rules, incomplete round policies, and how disputed hands are reviewed by the studio provider.
tc777com What Our Live Poker Lobby Covers

What Our Live Poker Lobby Covers

Our live poker section carries Casino Hold'em and Texas Hold'em variants from studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Each table runs on a dedicated video stream — multiple camera angles, clear card visibility, and a chat window so you can follow the action without guessing. Bet limits vary by table, so whether you want to sit at a low-stake seat or

step up to a higher-cap table, there is a spot for you. Stakes, side bets, and payout ratios are shown on-screen before you place a chip, not buried in a terms page. Where local law permits, Pakistan accounts get full access to the live poker section from the same lobby screen as slots and Cricket PowerPlay.

Live Poker Terms You Should Know

New to live poker or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit down? These are the words that come up most at our tables, explained plainly.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand using two hole cards and five community cards.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. It sets the round in motion and determines the minimum payout scale for a winning hand at that table.

What is a side bet in live poker?

A separate optional wager placed alongside your main poker bet. Common side bets pay out on specific card combinations like pairs or flushes, independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does 'fold' mean at a live poker table?

To fold is to surrender your hand and forfeit any bets already placed. You exit the current round but keep your remaining balance and can join the next hand.

What is the difference between hole cards and community cards?

Hole cards are dealt face-down to you alone. Community cards are placed face-up in the centre and used by both you and the dealer to form the strongest five-card hand.

What does RTP mean for live poker?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage a game returns over many rounds. For live poker, RTP depends on variant and side bet; it is shown only where the provider publishes it.
